We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all of our projects and any product warranties are assigned to the owner. If any defect is found within the warranty period, the owner must promptly notify New Beginnings Construction in writing to begin the warranty inspection process.  All work is governed by the international building code Standards, ensuring that our work exceeds industry standards and regulatory requirements.

In Charleston County and surrounding municipalities, most structural, electrical, or plumbing work requires a permit. Cosmetic upgrades (painting, flooring, fixture swaps) typically do not. NBC handles all permitting for you — including BAR submissions for historic properties — ensuring every project meets local code and inspection standards. 

Clear the work areas of valuables, wall décor, and furniture, and set up temporary spaces if your kitchen or bath will be out of service. We recommend notifying neighbors, protecting pets, and planning for dust containment. NBC site supervisors help coordinate this process to keep your home clean, safe, and organized throughout construction.
