We experienced external home damage in a surprise summertime evening "microburst" resulting in hail damage to our roof and vinyl siding. Michael Sanders was our initial contact with New Beginnings who immediately had a calming presence in our abrupt upheaval. He was compassionate about our unexpected home repair project & provided us a step by step map of what to expect with the insurance/mortgage company process. He remained readily available for questions until the final steps had been completed. Austin was on site each time a crew had to put hands on our home & kept in close contact. Home site supervision that was highly valued as I work from home with a small child -- he accompanied workers into our home - which made us feel safe.
