SALES SPECIALISTS

Our team of Sales Specialist develop and maintain relationships or partnerships with our clients. Whether it’s our local Charleston homeowners, other builders, real estate professionals, property management companies, or property investment groups, our Sales crew without a doubt provides professional customer service backed by years of expertise. Their day-to-day consists of meeting with homeowners to discuss needs and propose solutions for property improvement.

PRODUCTION/PROJECT MANAGER

Our production manager plays a pivotal role here at New Beginnings Construction. They ensure compliance with company rules and policies within the entire production team. Their day-to-day activities consist of supervising our field staff and subcontractor relations while holding the responsibility to create and enforce quality measures at each production step. They oversee production schedules, estimate costs and manage budgets. Most importantly our production manager is the one who ensures we meet and exceed our customer service requirements and expectations with the highest level of service and professionalism.

DIRECTOR OF ESTIMATING

Our director of estimating develops and enhances our estimating process and the initial customer journey phase. They manage incoming customer inquiries for the renovation group. Their day-to-day consists of meeting with clients to determine our customers scope of work and produce budgetary estimates, design plan agreements, and final proposals.

SITE SUPERVISOR

Our Site Supervisors ensure projects meet our clients’ scheduling goals and exceed their expectations through meticulous attention to detail, effective team coordination, and hands-on involvement during a renovation or remodeling project. They maintain open communication with clients, executing projects to approved plans and codes, and manage finances by preparing estimates and tracking expenses. They also develop and maintain the construction schedules and act as a liaison between production teams.

FIELD TECHNICIAN

Our field technicians are a leading force for project execution as they oversee construction, installation, and repairs. They ensure our customer’s goals are accomplished and their deadlines are met. They too withhold a responsibility to enforce a strong focus on quality and safety standards.
