As part of our hiring process, we ask candidates to complete a short VideoAsk introduction. This is a structured video response that allows us to get to know you beyond your resume and better understand your communication style.
In your video, you’ll be asked to cover:
- A quick introduction of yourself
- Your background and experience
- Why you’re interested in New Beginnings Construction
- What sets you apart
What to expect:
- The VideoAsk takes approximately 30 minutes to complete
- You’ll be guided through a few questions and can record responses directly from your phone or computer
- You’ll have the opportunity to review and re-record your answers before submitting
- No preparation is required—we’re simply looking forward to learning more about you
This step allows us to evaluate candidates more effectively while keeping the process flexible and convenient for your schedule.

Don’t stress about being perfect or even sripted, we’re looking more for authenticity and belief that you convey in your answers.
Step 3: Phone Interview
We schedule a one-on-one phone interview to:
- Dive deeper into your experience
- Answer questions about the role
- Discuss expectations and opportunities
Step 4: In-Person Interview
Selected candidates are invited to meet with us in person.
This is where we go deeper into:
- Role expectations
- Real-world scenarios
- Team interaction
Step 5: Culture Interview – If Applicable
This step is all about fit.
You’ll meet members of our team and we’ll evaluate:
- Alignment with our core values
- Work ethic and mindset
- Team compatibility
Step 6: Offer Letter Sent
If you’ve made it to this stage, you’ve demonstrated that you’re not just capable—you’re a strong fit for our team.
If selected, you’ll receive an official offer outlining:
- Role details
- Compensation package
- Your next steps in order to join the team
